Stopping to know what you're doing and why isn't a one-time activity.  It must be a daily activity.  Spend time every morning or evening to think about the coming day.  Set aside a day twelve times a year to plan your month.  And spend one week each year reflecting and evaluating, to measure the year that's passed, to plan the year that's coming, and to stay on track with your purpose. - John C. Maxwell
