Okay, I've done this every year for the past several years and I was hoping to scale back my list, but it didn't really work out that way. Anyways, here it is with a review of how I did in 2010:
1. Continue to not bite my nails, especially when I'm stressed
2. Acquire a part-time online teaching position
3. Exercise 3-4 times a week (last year I averaged 3 times a week which isn't bad for a pregnant woman who gets a c-section)
4. Continue outside hobbies and interests such as poetry, scrapbooking, jewelry, crosswords, reading, recipes, etc.
5. Get all scrapbooking caught up (this has been my goal for the last two years and I still haven't been able to accomplish it)
6. Continue time for friends and family - put on my calendar if needed (which sounds a little weird, but does help me)
7. Improve my skin care regimen
8. Finish paying off credit cards - yes, I wanted to do that in 2010 but it didn't happen
9. Eat healthier - Fish once a week and decrease meals consisting of meat products (I only averaged fish once about every two weeks in 2010)
10. Get body fat below 30% again - But hey I was pregnant in 2010 so I have an excuse right?
11. Read at least 10 books and keep record - I read 15 in 2010!!!
12. Continue Cairo's socialization at least once a week - we managed about once every two weeks in 2010
13. Continue donating time and money to charities
14. Continue outtings with Case - These were slowed down due to pregnancy - They won't be monthly in 2011, but I'd settle for quarterly!
15. Read to Vivian 3 times a week - We have only averaged about once a week so far
16. Decrease/simplify my "Accomplishment" List (aka as a to do list) - I bought a smaller one for 2011 so I am optimistic!!!!
17. Don't be a slave to the above list - Use it as a guide - remember to be present in the task and day and not thinking about what's my next thing - Be balanced in all endeavors.
18. Complete a 1/2 marathon
19. Take Vivian to Sign Language Classes and possibly swimming classes
20. Buy Rosetta Stone to work on my Spanish
21. Try to be the BEST mom that I can be - yes, I know that's vague
22. Continue to walk the pugs regularly and keep Tokyo's weight down
23. Be more patient - This is continued from 2010!
Okay, I think I got everything!!!!!! :)
